📋 Product Manager - Part Time

📍 Location: Stratford, London / Remote-friendly
🕘 Type: Part-time, 16 hrs/week (including 1-hour unpaid break)
💷 Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
📅 Start: Immediate or 1 September

🚀 About the Role

We are hiring a proactive Product Manager to take ownership of our B2B managed IT services — spanning software development, cloud management, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions.

This is not a “task-passing” role. We want someone who drives outcomes from start to finish, stays ahead of both legal and technical changes, and ensures our services remain competitive, compliant, and high-performing.

You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and client-facing teams, ensuring delivery excellence across all service lines.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for managed IT services, from strategy through delivery.
  • Gather and prioritise client requirements, translating them into SLAs and technical specifications.
  • Work directly with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Conduct extensive research to keep services aligned with emerging tech trends, cybersecurity best practice, and regulatory updates (including Home Office sponsor licence duties when required).
  • Define competitive pricing models based on market analysis.
  • Track service performance metrics and implement improvements based on client feedback and data.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare in line with employment law.
  • Oversee essential administrative operations, including procurement and record keeping.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B IT services, cloud platforms, or managed services.
  • A track record of taking full ownership of projects and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to track and apply legal and technical changes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, clients, and compliance teams.
  • Familiarity with Home Office sponsor licence responsibilities (desirable).
