About the Role:
Join our frontline team as a Security-Minded Tech Support Specialist, where you’ll resolve technical issues while safeguarding client systems. You’ll bridge the gap between user support and cybersecurity, ensuring every ticket strengthens our clients’ defenses.
What You’ll Do:
Provide Tier 1-2 support for security products (CrowdSpark PTaaS, WAFs, VPNs) and custom software.
Identify and escalate potential security incidents (e.g., phishing attempts, misconfigurations).
Guide users through secure workflows (MFA setup, least-privilege access).
Document solutions in our knowledge base with security best practices.
Collaborate with pentesters to reproduce and triage vulnerability reports.
We’re Looking For:
2+ years in technical support (IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments).
Familiarity with:
Basic networking (Firewalls, VLANs, VPN troubleshooting).
Security tools (SIEM alerts, endpoint protection).
Ticketing systems (Jira Service Desk, Zendesk).
Ability to explain technical concepts without jargon.
Bonus: Security+ cert or hands-on experience with OWASP Top 10.
